Jonathan is a natural entrepreneur. He became interested in real estate early on and bought his first property in 2008. Graduating from Walla Walla University in 2011 with a degree in business, he went on to continue building a rental portfolio and developing connections. Jonathan is passionate about real estate investments and thrives on problem solving Some other interests of his include fitness, skiing, biking, travel, and playing cello and drums at his church.
Genevieve Woodruff
Head of Development
Genevieve has a background in design, marketing and sales. Driven by her goals of providing affordable housing and creating passive income she joined her husband in pursuing real estate. Creating and remodeling multi-family homes into clean, spatially efficient and updated spaces is a passion for Genevieve since she grew up in rundown apartments. Outside of work, some of her hobbies include skiing, traveling, yoga, reading, ice skating and hiking.
